Danielle Eidenberg-Noppe Bio

Danielle Eidenberg-Noppe is an Education Ombuds with the Office of the Education Ombuds. She has worked as a K-12 educator in Washington State for the last 20 years.

In addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis, Ms. Eidenberg-Noppe received a Masters in Teaching (with endorsements in English Language Learners, Cultural Anthropology, English and Elementary Education) from Seattle University. Ms. Eidenberg-Noppe is also a Certified Parent Coach® having earned this certification through Seattle Pacific University's Parent Coaching Institute.

She has taught elementary and high school English as a Second Language, high school Cultural Anthropology, and taught, developed, and coordinated intergenerational oral history and audio arts programs for recent immigrant and refugee students of all ages. She also worked for several years as the Family Involvement Coordinator at Neighborhood House, an agency serving Seattle's low income communities.

As an Education Ombuds, Ms. Eidenberg-Noppe enjoys working with families and schools across Washington State to support students through positive and productive school-family communication.
